How Do I Remove and Attach the Facemask on My Riddell SpeedFlex Helmet?

The Riddell SpeedFlex helmet uses a Quick Release system that allows you to remove and attach the facemask using specialized hardware.

What You'll Need:

• Riddell Quick Release Tool or screwdriver

• Appropriate SpeedFlex facemask hardware

Removing the Facemask:

1. Use the Riddell Quick Release Tool or screwdriver to press the center button of each Quick Release Pin to disengage it.

2. Lift the facemask clips and remove the pins, setting them aside.

3. Gently separate the center of each clip to widen the gap and remove it from the facemask.

Attaching the Facemask:

1. Start with the appropriate facemask clips. The larger clips go on top, and the smaller clips go on the bottom.

2. Open the gap in the center of each clip and attach it to the facemask.

3. Position the clips facing inward and align them with the corresponding holes on the helmet.

4. Insert the Quick Release Pin into the center of the clip.

5. Use the Quick Release Tool or screwdriver to engage the pin's center button. Then use the opposite end of the tool or handle of the screwdriver to apply pressure until you hear a click.
