If item/items are not as described or are defective, we will replace or refund your money at no charge to you. Please visit our portal to start a return or exchange. Be sure to include your order number and a detailed description of any issues with photographs, if possible. Used items are not eligible for return.
The following restocking fees will apply:
- Helmets – 20% up to $50
- Facemasks – $15
- Visors – $10
- Accessories – $10
- Chinstraps & Hardware – $5
- Free or bundled items – Full price minus price paid
The following items or services are not refundable:

- Hassle Free Returns + Package Protection
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in original packaging within 60 days of your order date.
If you are not 100% positive you are buying the correct color or style facemask for your helmet or the correct color and size helmet, please inquire before purchase. It is not possible to properly fit a football helmet online. Due to unlimited variations in head shapes, proper size cannot be guaranteed in any way.
Always check with your coach before buying any visor to ensure they are allowed by your team. Only 100% clear visors are allowed to be used in High School or NCAA games. However, many coaches allow tinted visors in practice. Used, smudged, cracked, scraped, or damaged visors are not returnable.
Replacement Items:
We are happy to assist with replacing items that are lost or damaged during shipping. However, please note that we do not accept returns on items issued as replacements for lost or damaged shipments. All replacement items are final sale. Please review your order carefully before confirming any returns.
Right of Withdrawal (For orders shipped to EU)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.
We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.
This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
